Duke and Duchess of Cambridge present baby prince
Prince William revealed he and wife Catherine were still working on a name for their son, saying: "He's got a good pair of lungs on him, that's for sure. He's a big boy, he's quite heavy. We are still working on a name so we will have that as soon as we can."
With a smile he added: "He’s got her looks thankfully" to which the Duchess resplied "No, no, no I’m not sure about that."
Baby Cambridge left the hospital in his mother's arms. Speaking for the first time since his birth Catherine said: "It's such a special time. I think any parent will know what this feeling feels like."
Having presented their son the couple then went back inside the private Lindo Wing and placed Baby Cambridge in a car seat.
A few minutes later they emerged once again and the Duke drove his family home to Kensington Palace.
