Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar or 1/3 cup honey
pinch salt
3/4 cup cold butter, cubes
Filling
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sour cream
pinch salt
3 cups fresh Argentinean blueberries
Method
- Mix the soft butter with the sugar
- Add flour and baking powder, mix
- Add the egg and knead the smooth dough
- In another bowl: mix the sour cream with egg, sugar
- Take remaining mixture and put into your baking dish
- Fill the form with berries
- Add the prepared sour cream mixture
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 min or until top is lightly browned
- Cool 10 minutes before slicing ow to:
